Located in Historic Shocke Bottom across from the 17th street Farmers Market, The Halligan Bar is covered from wall to wall with fire service memorabilia.  Its small size but huge personality truly gives you the "town bar" feeling of knowing everybody in there, even if you're not from the area.  The decor has been donated by firefighters from not only Virginia but around America.
